The weather is starting to cool and the days are getting shorter and shorter. So many things change at this time of year. We start thinking about pumpkins and apples and scarecrows. It’s a fresh start. BUT . . . we also lose our easy breezy summer style. Shorts, capris and easy comfortable clothes start to give way to more structured pieces like jeans and blazers. You eye those jeans that have been hanging in the closet untouched for 3 months with a sense of dread. Will they zip up when I need them to? Will I be able to breathe if they do zip up? So what do you do?
Well I’m here to tell you that yoga pants are not the answer. Well, they are certainly the answer in many situations like cozy evenings on the couch, a walk in the park, or well, even for yoga. You know the REAL answer. It’s time to focus on healthy eating and lifestyle habits and drop the extra weight. And it doesn’t have to be hard. Small changes can yield big results.
