1 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

1 Scoop Vanilla Protein (I like Nature's Food Organic Protein - Vanilla Bean)

1/2 Cup Pumpkin

1 Banana (frozen banana makes for a thicker, colder smoothie)

1 Tablespoon Ground Flax Seed

1 Teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice

Ice/Water as needed


Blend it up!  Add ice if your banana was not frozen.  Add water if too thick
