Ingredients

Steel Cut Oats - 1/4 C

Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk - 3/4 C

Walnuts - about 4 halves, chopped

Apple - 1/2 medium or 1 small, chopped

Cinnamon - 3 healthy shakes

Directions

Combine Oats and Almond Milk - Microwave in bowl for 2 minutes on medium power

Add cinnamon, apple chunks and walnut pieces - Microwave for another 2 minutes on medium power

Enjoy!

Notes

I microwave my oatmeal in the morning to save time.  If you have extra time, you can simmer all ingredients together on the stove top for 30 minutes.
